A Middleton man was charged with reckless operation after he drove over 100 miles per hour on I-93 in Ashland on Sunday.
According to New Hampshire state police, officers stopped 19-year-old Andrew Tham around 7:00 a.m. Police said Tham was driving at 116 miles per hour in a 70 miles per hour zone.
Police arrested Tham, and he was released later that day.
Tham is expected to appear in Plymouth District Court on March 24.
