NAUGATUCK, Conn. (AP) — Police say a Connecticut family of four that was reported missing in early September has been found safe.
Authorities say 43-year-old Andres Bravo, 33-year-old Jennifer Cubillos and their two children were reported found and unharmed Monday.
The four from Naugatuck were listed as missing Sept. 5.
Police say the two children had not returned to school, and their home was vacated in late June or early July.
Family members say Bravo and Cubillos were planning to move to Florida, but they stopped receiving text messages from the family around Aug. 11.
Police say there was no criminal activity involved and no wrongdoing on the part of the family. No other details have been released.
