LEOMINSTER, MASS. (WHDH) - Residents saw a moose roaming through a Leominster neighborhood on Friday.
The moose was seen walking through backyards on Union Street in the morning. Darlene Conti, who took photos of the moose in her yard, said the animal was only 20 feet from her deck.
State wildlife officials said although moose are not typically aggressive, residents should still be cautious around them.
