It’s been one week since the massacre at a gay club in Orlando, Florida.

Approximately 50,000 people gathered at Lake Eola Park for a massive vigil Sunday night.

Just as the vigil started, a rainbow appeared over Orlando.

The rainbow was referenced by the leaders of the vigil.

The rainbow has long been a symbol of pride for the LGBT community.

49 people were killed and more than 50 were injured last week when investigators say Omar Mateen opened fire inside the Pulse Nightclub in the worst mass shooting in modern U.S. history.
