WARWICK, MASS. (WHDH) - The National Weather Service will share more details about a microburst in Franklin County after surveying the damage left behind Thursday.
Some of the destruction in Warwick Thursday included a tree that fell on a car. The woman who was in it says she escaped just in time.
“Ran from the car in and shut the door and the tree came down,” said Ruth Spooner. “We were lucky.”
No one was hurt despite the severity of the storm.
