(NBC) — ConAgra Foods has announced a recall of nearly 192,000 pounds of P.F. Chang’s home menu brand frozen chicken and beef products.

The recall is an expansion of an earlier recall, issued earlier this month, where small metal shards were found in the sugar used in the product’s sauce.

No injuries or negative reactions have been reported to this point.

The recall includes only frozen meals produced by ConAgra in supermarkets and does not affect the P.F. Chang’s restaurant locations.

Customers are urged to return the products to the store where it was purchased.
