New Bedford officials are announcing new regulations that would ban the possession, sale and distribution of any synthetic drug.
According to city officials, drugs like spice, k-two and bath salts have been linked to serious health effects, including death.
The regulations will be discussed at a public board of health meeting on Thursday.
