Flights in and out of major airports in southern New England continue to be delayed or cancelled following a blizzard along the East Coast.

Massport said in a statement Sunday there were about 40 delays and nearly 150 cancellations at Logan International Airport. The agency expects additional cancellations Monday.

A spokesman for Bradley International Airport, in Windsor Locks, Connecticut, said Sunday there were two delays and 49 cancellations.

There were about 90 delays and 210 cancellations Saturday at Logan and about 60 cancellations Saturday at Bradley.

Airport officials say most of the affected flights are to and from airports in Washington and Philadelphia.

Major East Coast airports are slowly resuming service after more than 11,000 flights were canceled between Friday and Monday as the region wrestled with a massive snowstorm.
