A father in New Hampshire faces child abuse allegations after his 3-month-old son suffered a skill fracture and 17 broken bones.
Joe Ortra-Santana, 25, was arrested after hospital officials notified police of the suspicious case.
He now faces assault charges.
Police are still investigating.
