A New Hampshire man was arrested after police said he was keeping tabs on a woman using a tracking device.
Gary Johnson was arrested by officers in Portsmouth. Investigators said he was stalking his victim with a GPS tracker he placed on her car.
He faces a number of charges including criminal threatening.
