–1.5oz Vodka
–0.5oz Domaine de Canton
–1.5oz Apple Cider
–1oz Spiced Brown Sugar Syrup (cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, cloves)
–Dash of orange bitters
–Cognac Rinse
–Graham Cracker Rim
Rinse the cocktail glass with a dash of Cognac and rim with crushed graham crackers
Add all ingredients in a pint glass, add ice; shake for 10 seconds.
Serve straight up; Garnish with dried apple chip
Spiced Wine
6oz of Bordeaux Wine
1oz of Simple Syrup
Pinch of Ground Cinnamon, Cloves & Allspice Lemon Twist
In a pint glass combine the wine, simple syrup and spices; Add fresh lemon twist and ice.
Shake for 2 seconds. Serve in a red wine glass. Garnish with cinnamon stick.
