MANCHESTER, NH (WHDH) — A husband and wife are facing criminal charges in connection with a sexual assault of a young girl in New Hampshire.

According to Manchester, New Hampshire, Police, Kimberly Brady, 31 of Manchester, reported a sexual assault involving a juvenile on June 15.

Detectives arrested Royal Brady, 32 of Manchester, on June 17 for the assault of a 10-year-old girl.

He was charged with aggravated felonious assault and appeared in court on June 20.

He is being held on $100,000 cash bail.

Kimberly Brady, who initially reported the incident, was arrested on June 21 and was charged with criminal liability to aggravated felonious sexual assault, endangering the welfare of a child and violation of the Child Protection Act.

Detectives determined she know about the assaults but failed to report the incidents when they first occurred.

She appeared in court on Thursday and is being held on $50,000 bail.

Both are scheduled for a probably cause hearing on June 29.
