A man from New Hampshire accused of kidnapping and raping a teenage girl over the course of nine months heads back to court.
Lawyers have been arguing over a state request to enter Nathaniel Kibby’s home.
Kibby faces more than 200 charges in connection to the kidnapping of a 14-year-old girl from New Hampshire in 2013.
