Thomas Defina, 44 of Penacook, surrendered himself to the Wolfeboro Police on March 14, where he was booked on a warrant of simple assault.
The warrant was issued following an investigation of an alleged incident at a basketball game between Kingswood Regional High School and Merrimack Valley on March 1.
Defina was released on personal recognizance bail and given a court date of April 20 for arraignment.
