Police arrested a man on August 2 for DUI after he crashed his car into a guardrail in Hooksett, New Hampshire.

According to police, Justin Norton, 31, refused to perform a standardized sobriety test on location.

Mr. Norton did not sustain any injuries and was transported to Hooksett Police Department where he allegedly refused a breathalyzer test.

He was released on $2,500 bail and is due back in court August 9.
