KINGSTON, N.H. (WHDH) — Sanborn Regional High School in Kingston, N.H. reopened Tuesday after a former student brought a gun on to school grounds.

Police say 18-year-old Timothy Soucy was in the school parking lot with the firearm before he ran off.

Soucy, a former student at the school, was found at his home in Danville, N.H. a short time later and arrested.

“It's obviously a scary thing. They all did what they were supposed to do, the staff did what they're supposed to do apparently,” Joanne Sullivan, a concerned parent, said.

Police charged Soucy with two counts of criminal threatening and they said more charges are possible.
