The NHL is looking to help a hockey player injured before the Winter Classic.

The league is going to auction off jerseys worn by the Bruins and Canadiens to raise money for Denna Laing, the Boston Pride player who was hurt during the women’s game on New Year’s Eve.

Laing is recovering from a serious spinal cord injury.

Bidding for the jerseys is now open on the NHL’s website.
