Warm days indeed. We are halfway through the month and (like November) we are on pace to have the warmest December on record. Temps are running close to 10 degrees above normal thus far and except for two chilly days this weekend, out pattern will reload with more warmth for the remainder of the month–including Christmas & New Years. This means a lack of snowstorms anywhere across the eastern half of the United States…not great news for skiers but fantastic news for Holiday Travelers in the coming days/weeks.

Today offers seasonably mild temps with most towns reaching the mid 40s under a partly sunny sky. Much less wind as well–huge this time of year. Tomorrow & again on Friday we have some time planned with a storm….nothing big or nasty and with a lack of cold–it’s raindrops, not snowflakes. Timing of the showers tomorrow will be late day & evening. The shower threat on Friday is mid-late afternoon and more likely to occur across SE MA/Cape than metro Boston. Sunshine returns for the weekend.
