BOSTON (WHDH) - The Boston Licensing Board on Thursday found there were no violations by the Cask ‘N Flagon, where two women claim their drinks were drugged.
According to police, one of the women was sexually assaulted and woke up in a Somerville apartment after having a drink at the bar.
Officers said that case is still under investigation.
If the board had found there was a violation, they could have shut down the bar.
