Our warm pattern rolls on with yet another day of above normal temps! Yesterday, despite having a sea breeze, Boston had a high temp of 60 (normal high 56) and today that sea breeze doesn’t happen so temps should nestle up to 70 later today.

High Pressure is anchored along the east coast this week and that promotes a warm flow of air. For today & tomorrow it’s also a somewhat moist flow of air so look for more clouds each of the next two days with patchy fog joining those clouds during the overnight hours. As for rain, it’s doubtful but a random sprinkle brief shower could occur overnight—best chance will be along the South coast tonight.

Tomorrow we likely have record warmth! Boston’s record high is 73 (Worcester 70) and I think we at least tie those numbers in each city if not exceed those numbers. Plan on a fair amount of clouds for the day but outdoor plans should be good to go. Slightly cooler air arrives on Saturday with temps starting the day near 60 then falling back into the low 50s by evening under a sky that offers filtered sunshine.

Sunday is a chilly day despite sunny skies as high temps briefly get to 50 by afternoon.  Hoodies & vests for the Pats game but with sunny skies & no wind you really can’t get any better weather for a November game at Gillette. That temp of 50 will end the streak of warmer than normal temps but despite the cool-down we remain in a mild pattern so look for warmer air to return early next week.

Enjoy
