Daily fantasy sports sites, including Boston-based Draft Kings and rival company, Fan Duel, will once again be allowed to operate in New York.
Governor Andrew Cuomo signed a measure Wednesday that allows daily fantasy sports to resume in the state.
Draft Kings and Fan Duel shut down operations in New York in March, after the state’s attorney general said they violated gambling laws.
