President Barack Obama will unveil his eighth and final budget today.
The President will lay out his spending proposals for national priorities like fighting Isis and cancer research.
It’s a $4 trillion-plus proposal that calls for a $10-per-barrel tax hike on oil and is also likely to increase taxes on the wealthy and corporations, all which Republicans already have rejected.
