WEARE, N.H. (WHDH) — According to initial reports a police officer was involved in a shooting overnight in Weare, New Hampshire.
One person was shot. Investigators haven't released details of what may have led to any shots being fired. Officers and ambulances were sent to the Weare Shopping Plaza around 10:30 Wednesday night.
Weare Police officers and New Hampshire State Police officers were both on scene setting up a wide perimeter around the crime scene.
There was no word on what could have prompted the shooting and police haven't given any information about any of the people who may have been involved.
