YARMOUTH, MASS. (WHDH) - A Yarmouth girl posted a video on YouTube thanking everyone for the support as she recovered from back surgery.
Leah Archambault, who was made a junior police officer by the Yarmouth Police Department, underwent a 10-hour surgery in April to implant rods in her spine. As she recovered at Boston Children’s Hospital, she received thousands of cards from around the country and the world.
Leah said she is feeling better and cannot wait to go swimming next month.
