Officials across the country are responding on social media to Sunday’s Baton Rouge shooting, in which three police officers were killed and three others were injured.
The shooter, identifed as Gavin Long, was fatally shot. Two other “persons of interest” have been detained.
Boston Mayor Marty Walsh released the following statement on the shooting:
