Officials with the company that owned the tent that collapsed during a circus in Lancaster, New Hampshire will be arraigned today.

Two people died and dozens of people were injured when the tent collapsed a little more than a year ago.

According to investigators, Walker International Events failed to properly secure the tents.

The company is also accused of ignoring warnings from the National Weather Service.
