The president of Olive Garden restaurants has apologized to a Kansas City Police Officer who was kicked out of a restaurant for bringing his police-issued gun inside.
The officer says he was in uniform when an employee told him weapons were not allowed inside the restaurant.
The officer says he was with celebrating his birthday with his family when the incident occurred.
