If you forgot to file a tax return in 2013 the IRS could have money waiting for you.
The IRS has one billion dollars in unclaimed refunds in 2013 which belong to an estimated one million taxpayers.
But they deadline to claim it is just a few weeks away.
Taxpayers only have three years to claim past refunds.
