QUINCY, MASS. (WHDH) - Police say one person is in critical condition after a two-car crash in Quincy Wednesday.

The incident happened at Granite Street and School Street at around 3 p.m.

Officials say Granite Street is currently closed from Fort Street to School Street while an accident reconstruction team works at the scene.

A Lincoln was traveling west when it crossed over the median and struck a Jeep.

Two people in the Lincoln were thrown from the vehicle. Both of those occupants are in their late teens, according to police.

One of those teens was transported to Boston Medical Center with life-threatening injuries.

There was no immediate word on the condition of the other driver.
