BOSTON (WHDH) - The owner of the Boston Cab taxi company is facing federal fraud and tax charges.
The U.S. Attorney’s Office said Edward Tutunjian lied about payroll taxes and employed illegal aliens. He is also accused of not paying workers overtime wages.
Boston Cab agreed to pay $2.3 million in restitution.
