SOMERSET, MA (WHDH) — The family of a young girl from Somerset who died after choking on a marshmallow at a birthday party is suing the hosts of that party.
The parents of Azriel Estabrooks said the parents who hosted the party in April did not properly supervise the children.
The lawsuit alleges no one noticed when the 11-year-old stopped breathing and collapsed after choking on the marshmallow.
Estabrooks died several days later.
There is no word on how much money the parents are seeking.
