Patriots players served up smiles during a special breakfast at Boston Children’s Hospital on Thursday. 

Julian Edelman and company showed they have skills in the kitchen, too. 

The event was part of the New England Patriots’ charitable foundation.     

Defensive end Trey Flowers and Pat Patriot also flipped some flapjacks. 

Edelman said he loves to be able to put smiles on the children’s faces. 

"These events are awesome," Edelman said. "I’ve been fortunate enough to do this event a couple years back and it’s good to be able to come back and do it again and try to put a smile on some of these kids faces and it really touches you and it’s a really great feeling."

Along with the culinary creations, the players also signed autographs and every kids got a Patriots-themed gift.
