WORCESTER, Mass. (WHDH) — A pedestrian was seriously injured Wednesday night after getting hit by a car on a highway in Worcester.
State Police said the pedestrian was struck on the westbound side of Route 290 near exit 13.
The pedestrian suffered life-threatening injuries and was taken to UMass Memorial Medical Center in Worcester. The car stayed at the scene.
