HAMPTON FALLS, N.H. (WHDH) – Police are saying that two people are barricaded inside of a home, causing officials to set up roadblocks on Route 1.
The state police were called to the home to help Amesbury Police in an ongoing investigation.
They were looking to question two men, but when men saw the police, they ran and barricaded themselves inside of a home.
Because of the roadblocks, police are telling commuters to seek alternative routes.
Route 1 between Route 84 and the Seabrook town line has been closed. People traveling on I-95 North are being told to get off at exit two, not exit one.
