NEWTON (WHDH) — Police have questioned a person of interest in connection with a hit and run crash in Newton Friday night. Police say they found the driver on Saturday after showing video of a car leaving a parking lot near where the crash happened.
Police aren't giving the name of the person they've questioned but they say they're no longer searching for anyone.
The 87 year old victim is from Needham. Saturday night he was still in stable condition at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center.
