WARREN, MASS. (WHDH) - The Massachusetts State Police have confirmed that a person was struck and killed by a vehicle on the Mass Pike on Thursday morning.
The incident happened on the Pike eastbound in Warren near the Mile 69 marker.
Police say the person had exited his or her vehicle and was struck by a passing car.
The incident is still under investigation.
The right travel lane and the breakdown lane is closed as the investigation continues.
