Police arrested a man in Las Vegas after they said he robbed a convenience store for some nachos.

AM/PM Manager Jaime Valdez said Anthony Gioiosa pulled a gun on his cashier after grabbing a tray of nachos in the store. Valdez said the cashier told Gioiosa he needed to pay for the food but Gioiosa refused.

The employee ran after Gioiosa and after a physical confrontation, police said Giogiosa pulled out a gun. He allegedly fired one shot behind the counter before leaving.

Police caught Gioiosa after a car chase and arrested him. The 24-year-old now faces burglary, assault and weapons charges.
