Tewksbury police arrested a man they say robbed a convenience store with a hypodermic needle.
Surveillance video shows the masked man walk up to the store’s counter just after 6:30 a.m. Tuesday.
Police say he then took out the needle and held it up to the clerk’s neck, demanding money.
Investigators say the suspect got away with some cash, but officers were able to track him down within a few hours of the crime.
He’s facing at least two charges, including armed robbery while being masked.
