MANCHESTER, N.H. (AP) — Police say they interrupted an arranged drug deal for a New Hampshire woman who arrived at a park by car with her 3-year-old daughter in the back seat.

Police charged 26-year-old Ann Marie Martinez with two counts of possession of a controlled drug with intent to distribute and endangering the welfare of a child. They said they found heroin and crack-cocaine in the car.

Martinez was being arraigned Thursday and it wasn’t immediately known if she had a lawyer. A number couldn’t be found for her. Her daughter was released to a family member.

Police said they learned of the drug deal at Howe Park in Manchester and interrupted it Wednesday.
