NEW HAVEN, Conn. (AP) — Police are investigating three separate shootings that left three people injured, one critically, in New Haven.

Officers arrived at the scene around 5:10 a.m. Wednesday and found 30-year-old Kean Jenkins with a gunshot wound to the abdomen. He was taken to Yale-New Haven Hospital in unknown condition.

Police say officers responded to another location around 4 p.m. and found 18-year-old Derrick Smith with a gunshot wound to the arm. He was hospitalized for treatment.

Police later found another 18-year-old man with several gunshot wounds. He was hospitalized with critical injuries. Police didn’t immediately identify him.

It’s unclear if any suspects have been identified.
