WORCESTER, MASS. (WHDH) - Massachusetts State Police are investigating a deadly wrong-way crash that took place on I-290 in Worcester Sunday night.
Police say a car spun out, crashed into the median, got turned around, and drove the wrong way. That car eventually crashed head on into an SUV.
The driver of the car going the wrong way was pronounced dead at the scene. The driver of the SUV was taken to the hospital with minor injuries.
No further information has been released.
