The father of a missing 10-month-old child from Lowell has been found.
According to Lowell Police, Calvin Sulzle was met at Logan Airport Wednesday morning and accompanied detectives from the Family Services Unit to Lowell Police Department.
Police said the infant is safe and with family members in Colorado.
The two disappeared after the Department of Children and Families was ready to take custody of the child.
The DCF sought custody of the baby after her mother was charged with assault and battery on a police officer on Monday.
The father is part of the Sioux Indian tribe.
