BRENTWOOD, N.H. (WHDH) — Police are searching for a man who they said tried to kidnap a 10-year-old in Brentwood, New Hampshire.
The alleged abduction attempt happened in the area of Mary Vey Drive and Mill Road at 6:10 p.m. The boy was playing in the area when police said a man drove up and tried luring him into his car. Police said the man asked the boy several times before driving off. The boy then told his parents, who called police.
The man was driving a red pickup truck, possibly a Dodge, with New Hampshire license plates. Police described the man as older and balding.
