A Merrimack, New Hampshire, man has been charged with videotaping underage girls in various states of undress.

Merrimack Police arrested Thomas Herrmann, 52, on a warrant charging him with six counts of privacy violation. Police began investigating Herrmann for potentially videotaping the girls, who are under the age of 18, without their parents’ consent.

Police said Herrmann "purposely installed a GoPro camera in the bedroom" of a residence. A camera was also allegedly found in a bathroom. Police said there were at least six recordings of the two children.

Herrmann was arrested at his home on Monday after police said an adult who lives at the residence came forward. His computer and video equipment were confiscated by police, who allegedly found the inappropriate images of the children.
