MANCHESTER, N.H. (WHDH) - A police chase ended in a serious crash in Manchester, New Hampshire Tuesday morning.
David Cherry, 28 of Manchester, lost control of his Ford Crown Victoria and plowed into another car on Bridge Street.
Cherry was pulled over around 3:30 a.m. by Epping Police. Police realized there was an arrest warrant out for second degree assault when Cherry handed over his license to officers. Cherry took off and led police on a multi-town chase.
Troopers said Cherry led them down Route 125 to 101 East to 93 North. Troopers chased Cherry through nearly a half a dozen communities before he ran over stop sticks and punctured a tire. He then crashed his car.
Police said two passengers in the suspect’s car and another passenger in the car he collided with were injured. All parties suffered non-threatening injuries.
Cherry took off on foot. Police are searching for Cherry and advised residents to contact police if they come in contact with him.
