More than a dozen cars in Quincy have been the target of thieves in recent months, getting their tires and wheels stolen right off them.
The most recent incident happened on Wednesday.
In all the cases the cars were left on milk crates or cinder blocks.
All of the thefts have targeted people on the west side of the city in apartment parking lots.
