PELHAM, NH (WHDH) — Justin Soeum, 22, was charged on three separate accounts after being chased by a police officer and flipping his car in Pelham early Wednesday morning.

Soeum caught the attention of an officer when he was driving a white sedan at 80 miles per hour on Route 38, who drove after him.

Soeum continued to speed, swerving and not attempting to stop at a red light at the intersection of Main Street.

The white sedan had crashed and ended up on its roof at the intersection of Mammoth Road and Castle Hill in Windham.

He was transported to Parkland Hospital in Derry with minor injuries.

Soeum was charged with aggravated DUI, disobeying a police officer and reckless operation.
