BOSTON (AP) – Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton is opening a new campaign office in Boston.
The office will be located at 11 Beacon Street, just steps from the Massachusetts Statehouse.
Campaign officials said the office will be used as a “a hub for organizing activity in Boston to help elect Hillary Clinton and Democrats up and down the ballot in November.”
The office will also be used to host phone banking operations, organize meetings, and plan for door-to-door campaign outreach.
The office will be formally opened on Friday.
Massachusetts is considered favorable territory for Democrats. The last Republican presidential candidate to win in Massachusetts was Ronald Reagan.
