WASHINGTON (AP) — Donald Trump is accusing rival Hillary Clinton of being on some kind of drug during the last debate and says that both candidates should be tested for substances ahead of the next one.

Trump held a campaign rally in Portsmouth, New Hampshire where a new poll shows Clinton is leading by three points.

At the rally, he suggested that she might have been on some kind of performance-enhancing drug during their last face-off.

He says, “I think she’s actually getting pumped up” while she’s off the trail.

He’s calling for both candidates to take a drug test prior to the final debate Wednesday.

Trump generally stayed on the issues be he did find some time to respond to the continuing allegations that he groped various women.

Phony allegations Trump says from phony people.

Trump and his supporters complain the media is paying too much attention to the women’s stories and not enough to Clinton’s wikileaks problems.

Trump says it’s an uphill battle but one he can win.

Trump also addressed his plans for drug reform by cracking down on “postal loopholes,” making FDA rules less restrictive and increasing sentences for serious offenders.
