A truck carrying potatoes crashed and rolled over on Route 2 in Littleton Friday evening.
According to the Littleton Fire Department, the potatoes spilled all over the road.
Crews worked to clean up the area Thursday night.
One person was taken to the hospital, and traffic is now moving through the area.
